CAN I SCHEDULE A SCHOOL VISIT?
If you are interested in arranging a tour of our school, please call our school office at 562.862.3210 to inquire about setting an appointment
DO YOU HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF ST. RAYMOND PARISH TO APPLY/ ATTEND?
No. However, preference will be given to children of St. Raymond parishioners in cases where there are limited openings
HOW MUCH IS SCHOOL TUITION?
Please visit our Tuition and Fees section of the website under the 'Admissions' drop down. We use FACT Tuition to process payment
HOW OLD DOES A CHILD HAVE TO BE TO ENTER KINDERGARTEN?
The applicant student must be five by September 1st of the academic year for which admission is sought
The applicant must demonstrate that he/ she is developmentally ready as determined by data compiled as a result of readiness screening
IS TK THE SAME AS PRE-SCHOOL (PREPARATION FOR KINDERGARTEN)?
No, it is an option for younger children, who are not old enough for Kindergarten, to gain social and academic experience
The program, like Kindergarten, which is not mandatory but children must have their 5th birthday by a certain month to even qualify
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FACULTY OF SAINT RAYMOND CATHOLIC SCHOOL?
Our faculty are a highly trained and certified community; faculty have earned advanced degrees and all teach according to LA Archdiocese standards. We facilitate students growth academically while providing a nurturing, holistic atmosphere that helps them physically, mentally, and spiritually

We are fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) - To be renewed on June 30th 2023
CAN FOOD BE PURCHASED ON CAMPUS?
Yes, we provide students an option from the Hot Lunch Lady Inc. for a Hot Lunch to be pre-ordered or bought on-site for Snack and Lunch
ARE SERVICE HOURS REQUIRED OF PARENTS?
Yes, we have the opportunity for families to get involved in daily school life. 26 service hours are required from each family
